Refund and cancellation policy for trial classes *Adult classes only*
You may cancel your place up to 24 hours before the start time of the class by emailing hoshamschoolofdance@hotmail.co.uk. You may re-book for another day or alternatively a full refund will be given. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded, but an alternative class can be booked.
If the class is cancelled by Horsham School of Dance for any reason, an alternative class will be offered or a full refund given.

Refund and cancellation policy for 6 week passes *Adult classes only*
Passes are valid for 6 months from the start date selected. Refunds will not be issued for any classes not taken within this time frame. You do not need to book your class each week as a place will be held for all pass holders. We do appreciate it if you can let us know if you are unable to attend however. Passes are non-transferable to another person, you may however transfer it to a different class, provided there are spaces available. Please confirm this with your teacher or by emailing horshamschoolofdance@hotmail.co.uk.
