Adult Dance Classes
Research has shown time and again that dance leads the way among physical activities in terms of the health benefits it brings to older learners.

Improved balance, reduced stress, increased cardiovascular fitness, and even improved cognitive function are all side effects of taking dance classes as an adult.
Add to that the social aspect and the uplifting music, and you have an experience that's truly life affirming!

At Horsham School of Dance we offer two levels of Adult Ballet classes - beginners and improvers. We also run
'Silver Swans' classes, specifically for the over 55 age group. The Royal Academy of Dance developed this programme based on research into dance practice for older learners, and classes are only taught by Silver Swans licensees.

We also offer general level Tap dance classes for Adults. Our teachers are very welcoming and love passing on their passion for all things dance!
